Todd V. Williams, MBA, is the founder of Tomori Enterprises and an AI consultant certified by AI InnoVision. As a Hidden Opportunity Strategist, he helps companies, educational institutions, government organizations, and growth-minded leaders uncover financial and operational value that may already exist within their organizations.
Through Tomori Enterprises, Todd provides practical AI consulting and training, custom GPTs, AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation, and creative business strategy. He also helps commercial organizations explore potential utility refunds, credits, billing corrections, and future savings through professional utility cost-recovery reviews.

Todd earned his MBA with a concentration in finance from Clark Atlanta University and brings more than 30 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, finance, construction project management, education, and business development. Throughout his career, he has consistently recognized possibilities that others overlooked and transformed them into practical, measurable value.
That instinct helped shape Curbside Recycling, an earlier company Todd founded and led as president and CEO. The company collected waste cooking oil from homes and businesses and converted it into biodiesel fuel, reducing clients' environmental impact while creating value from a resource that had previously been discarded. The same "trash-to-treasure" thinking now guides his work in AI adoption, business transformation, and utility cost recovery.
Todd is also the author of the manuscript Trash to Treasure—A Historical and Scientific Journey About Entrepreneurship, Family and Love and the artist behind several of its paintings. Both analytical and creative, he has lectured on African and African-American history and sustainable energy to audiences ranging from elementary-school students to university communities.
Following genealogical research that traced his lineage to Koko, Nigeria, Todd embraced the African name Tomori. The name represents identity, purpose, transformation, and the belief that overlooked history and overlooked opportunity can both become sources of strength.
Todd believes organizations do not need more AI hype. They need clarity, practical solutions, honest guidance, and strategies that produce measurable results. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and works with organizations prepared to turn hidden opportunity into sustainable growth.
